That's the problem. I think they are just using terrorism as an excuse to extend their power over anyone they want to. Here in Tennessee and some other states there have been unwarranted check points. Maybe we should ask ourselves exactly what it is that they are "practicing" for. The commerce dept was up at my house the other day doing GPS. They didn't ask any of the usual census questions. None. They didn't seem to care how many people were living at my house but just wanted to know where it was.
